- 1 avocado

Instructions
- Mash avocado with juicê from lêmon wêdgê and sêa salt to tastê. Sprêad on top of toast. Top with friêd êgg and frêsh tomato slicês. Sêason with a littlê salt and frêsh ground pêppêr.
