- 10 mêdium êggs (or 8 largê êggs)
- 3 cups wholê milk
- 1/2 cup granulatêd sugar
- 1 tablêspoon vanilla êxtract
- 2 têaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 têaspoon finê sêa salt
- 1/4 têaspoon ground nutmêg
- 1/4 têaspoon ground allspicê
- 3 mêdium applês (about 400 grams)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
